Log into My Account → Orders and select "Request Return" within 30 days of delivery.
Place the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
Use the prepaid return label we email you, or drop it at any partner carrier location.
Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange is processed within 5–7 business days.
